I found this video in early 2021 when we were still dealing with the pandemic. I needed some new dinner ideas and decided to try it. My elderly father, who refuses to eat chicken, smelled it, tried it and raved over it. I've made this dish for him EVERY WEEK since, and he loves it. We leave out the wine and it still tastes amazing. Thank you for sharing this fast, fresh and tasty recipe!

I made this today for my family and it is delicious! Only I added grated parm to top of chicken I and made pasta and poured the sauce on top. @@gregormiller4037 It's all about proper servings on the dish and stopping your eating when you're full. Fresh, homemade ingredients with no additives are also absolutely ideal. For instance, one thing that contributed to my obesity at a young age would have been piling my dish high with spaghetti 4 times a week lol A light breakfast (as many of the Italians have), and some walking helps too.

D Sicilia ..oh yes!! A good south Louisiana potato salad and some long grain rice cooked a little sticky and put some of that gravy on it with some cornbread then you have a really good meal.. probably add some more Onion to the gravy with some shrimp to top it off!! Oh Mamma Mia!! WTF!! A Cajun Italian!! Don't get me wrong,I like Italians and Italian food..the first time I was in Italy was in early seventies and I was Straight out of south Louisiana..we stopped at a nice beautiful Italian restaurant while driving through the hills in the Italian country side.. absolutely gorgeous restaurant with outdoor tables and of course we ordered meatballs and spaghetti.. when I got my big bowl of meatballs and spaghetti I started cutting my spaghetti up with my Fork..the older Italian owner came to my table and grabbed my hand and proceeded to show me how to eat spaghetti.. he grabbed my hand and rolled it up on the fork and told me to open my mouth and shoved it in..he said it's ok to be messy but that's the way I had to eat it in his restaurant..then after we went inside to the little bar and had a glass of wine and a wonderful conversation..I got to go all over Italy and see all the old ruins including the Coliseum and the people that were covered by the ash from the volcano..I would never pull any stupid crap with that italian cook on utube..I would eat everything he cooked the proper way and be happy that I was fortunate enough to get a great authentic Italian meal..I cooked that recipe he showed on KZbin exactly the way he showed it and it was delicious.. I have never tried to change his recipe but I think these things because I can't help it.. I believe when you are in Rome you should do as the Romans do!!
