@@lupechacon-florez7520 It was just one of those days where everything seemed to go downhill, but then I came across Pasquale's video and he cheered me right up - I love people like him in this world, just makes everything a little better. The recipe came out AMAZING and I plan on making it for extended family, and to try more of his recipes!

I teach English as a foreign language in a high school in Beijing. I recently found out that one of my classes loves recipes, and learning how to cook. So, I showed them a few of your videos, and the kids LOVE them! They like to hear English spoken by other people who had to learn it as a second language like they do, and they love the recipes. I often have to explain some of the ingredients, but the kids don't mind at all. In fact, one week, one of them actually made the eggplant parmigiana recipe! It didn't LOOK as good as on the video, but it tasted pretty darn good! Thank you, from China!

What kind of olive oil did you use? I tried a recipe, added olive oil, but while the ingredients came out nice, olive oil took over the whole taste. I figured maybe use regular butter instead.
@ZeroAbsolution
@ZeroAbsolution 3 жыл бұрын
@@DMCarReviews Hey, To me personally it sounds like you're using fairly high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which has it's unique (but fairly strong) taste. If you don't like the taste of it, or rather find it too overpowering, try going for a cheaper common virgin olive oil. If that still is too much, go for light olive oil. Light olive oil is very neutral in flavour. Edit: Just using butter (or olive oil) is completely fine btw. Just make sure you adjust your heat properly so the butter doesn't burn (since olive oil has a higher smokepoint, it helps the butter not burn.)

Ok, I'm in my late 60's and I've eaten (in restaurants) and cooked Chicken Marsala countless times in my day, and this recipe is the absolute best! I followed the recipe to a T and my wife and I agreed it was outstanding, and the best we ever had! Any other recipes that I have for Chicken Marsala will be thrown away after making this one. A perfect balance of flavors. Thank you so much Pasquale! You're the Best! We have been very pleased with all of your recipes that I have made, so please keep them coming! Cin Cin!

I could listen to this sweet man read the phone book. His beautiful accent makes me long to travel to his homeland to experience the culture. I have a friend who moved to the US from Italy and she is the most immaculate human being, in every way, I have ever known. She keeps her home like someone with immense pride. She is ALWAYS dressed as if she is going to meet someone important. And no matter who she meets she treats them as if she is thrilled to be in their company. She is genuinely interested in what others have going on. Such a warm culture!

Great dish well executed here, one of my personal favorites not only to eat, but cook as well. Rice pilaf and roasted asparagus are my favorite sides with this. As a tip, if your chicken is particularly thin cut, don't be afraid to take it out and add it back in the last few minutes to avoid overcooking.

Chicken Marsala is one of my long-standing favorites. The only steps different from my recipe to yours is that I add a little red pepper flake to spice it up a little and I also add prosciutto. I also serve a small bed of linguini as well. Chicken and bacon (or its Italian cousin prosciutto) are always a great flavor combination in my opinion. I also like a little heat in my dishes - hence a little red pepper flake to spice it up a bit.

I made this dish exactly like he said but added my tlc in terms of quantity of butter, salt and other delicious ingredients. This recipe he shows us is a fool proof way to make incredible Chicken Marcela. Just remember the cooking wine is on a different isle than the drinking wine. Don't waste 30 minutes like I did looking for it lol. Be prepared for your friends to call you a master chef, and recommend culinary school and a career in cooking if you absolutely nail it like he does in this video. Just put love and patience into it, do not rush it to impress someone. Impress yourself by the reactions you see and hear from your friends and family. Subscribed forever, keep it up and I hope you bring a friend or family member on to learn one of your recipes. Btw I have an incredible picture I would love you send you of the dish just before I served it.

Cheesy McCool.... Marsala is a WINE. it's not expensive. Wonderful for chicken and other proteins too. Not strong but has a distinctive aroma and taste. The marsala chicken is fantastic.
