Welcome to the final episode of Marathon Training in Kenya with Luis Orta! This year we brought you a ton of great new content from the Home of Champions: Iten, Kenya! In this season, we met up with some of the huge groups that train together in Iten, joined them on long runs, medium long runs, fartleks, track workouts, easy runs, and more! We had some special guests, including Olympic medalist Paul Chelimo who was born and raised in Iten.
In this final episode, Luis shares what he took away from this training block in Kenya, including what he thinks makes the Kenyans some of the best athletes in the world. He also hints at what's next for us!
