I know Berk is beyond this point by now, but there is an overworld map setting that will highlight locations of interest to your current game objective (which Berk has off during most of his playthrough to this point)

Berk really needs to learn to change the time of day at every place he visits

There's been more than a few times where he's missed something simply because of luck. Like for instance not getting an encounter near Mt. Necrogond. And I will grant I often miss stuff when I play games too but some things just feel so....obvious. I think at this point in the recording at least he thinks the ship doesn't move when you zoom despite the fact he had it docked in Mur and then it when he returned it was outside.

i want to say things but i cant. but i would urge anyone who plays this game keep priest till atleast you learn multiheal. it is a past 20 skill that is one of only multi party heal and practically must needed for later game.

There’s a certain fight in particular in the former Switch port (derived from the SNES balance, I believe) that is brutal without a means to heal everyone but it is doable and satisfying to pull off if at least two people are capable of doing a certain thing. It’s a case where you definitely won’t have multiheal if you’re playing optimally and you’d have to grind a good number of levels to get it (it’s level 34, I think.) It’s not just the Priest that can get the spell though - the Sage can too.

@johanbothun9953 i had that fight in my games last orb if it is the fight i am thinking of if it is a bit before said orb. the boss was a beast.
