It is no wonder that the eastern and western Christianity split at some point in history, given the plethora of nuanced conceptions and terms present in the Greek east and its theology and their complete absence or satisfactory rendition in the latin west. Great work by the way. subbed

@Hans S 'To assume that somehow the schism had always existed is a grave mistake" I never suggested anything of the sort. "There is a good deal of arrogance in certain Greeks who suggest that". Indeed, there is, as there is a great deal of obstinacy in some "Latins" who refuse to recognise that such conceptual nuances did exist and did play a role in the split gradually, leading to pride and entrenched positions taking over in both sides.
