Thank you brother for your wonderful insight. I too share these thoughts, and it's good to have someone else say them. As I am a saint of Jesus Christ, I ask more leading towards the understanding of love, as Jesus Christ was the perfect example. The ways Jesus approached people and taught things in detail need to be addressed to help define the true values of love. Agape. Additionally, understanding the level of sacrifice, knowing where to place your resources and how to let go of control of the things in your life to the point of nearly realizing the "lack of want" as written in scripture. I'm approaching a point to where anything I own, which is very little now, seems to only hold me back or down. I don't even want it anymore. An Ecclesiastes moment deeply affecting my ... hermitage, for a lack of a better word. Brother, I never thought I would be possible. Could you please help them understand why I cry so much for lost people, and why "my" love is so overwhelming because of it's source. Thank you, and love you. St Joshua of Missouri USA Still learning what that means.

Congratulations! Praise Jesus! I have struggled with that for decades, only to discover later, who was behind the doors it was leaving open. I think we have escaped far greater snares than we can realize in this life. I pray in Christ that God keeps us eternally clear of these struggles now, and I share your joy, sincerely.

That is great news, God sees your struggle for Him. There will be days when friends, music, circumstances or even the weather is used by the demons to suggest you return to their path. Hold tight to Christ and keep calling in Him, He will not abandon you. However, I am no saint, the wisdom in these talks comes from our Church Fathers, not from me. God bless and protect you.

I did the same - many years ago now, as I am old and at the end of my run, it seems… Father Spyridon passes on correct advice… Once you are clean for some weeks, God will bless you with a feeling better than any dope - and gradually, through your ‘fast’ and rejection of mere bodily pleasures, you will be given such joys far greater than you can yet imagine by so doing. The humble and simple things in life - the rejoicing in the kiss of sunlight and breathing deep fresh air in His honour will fill you with a kind of profound ecstasy… It is an astounding path you are on. Keep going - into the Light.

How is this Evil from God ? "O daughter Babylon, you devastator! Happy shall they be who pay you back what you have done to us! Happy shall they be who take your little ones and dash them against the rock!" (Psalm 137:8-9 NRSV) NRSV, where the Israelites were asking why they were being attacked by the Babylonians: "Hear and give ear; do not be haughty, for the Lord has spoken. . . . And if you say in your heart, 'Why have these things come upon me?' it is for the greatness of your iniquity that your skirts are lifted up, and you are violated . . . because you have forgotten me and trusted in lies. I myself will lift up your skirts over your face, and your shame will be seen." (Jeremiah 13:15-26 NRSV) "Skirts lifted up" is sexual assault. "Violate" is rape. The King James Version has the quaint "heels made bare," which obscures the sexual assault. Notice that the "iniquity" for which they were being raped was not immorality or depravity; it was simply because "you have forgotten me." There are nine passages in the Old Testament where God makes cannibalistic threats. Here is the worst one: "And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me; Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins. And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat." (Leviticus 26:27-29 King James Version) General Jephthah made a vow with God in order to defeat the enemy. When Jephthah won the war, "And Jephthah made a vow to the Lord: 'If you give the Ammonites into my hands, whatever comes out of the door of my house to meet me when I return in triumph from the Ammonites will be the Lord's, and I will sacrifice it as a burnt offering.' . . . When Jephthah returned to his home in Mizpah, who should come out to meet him but his daughter, dancing to the sound of timbrels! . . . After the two months, she returned to her father, and he did to her as he had vowed." (Judges 11:30-39 NIV) After burning his daughter, Jephthah was rewarded with a prestigious judgeship and was later buried with honor. Cutting babies to pieces and raping the wives "See, the day of the Lord is coming - a cruel day, with wrath and fierce anger. . . . I will put an end to the arrogance of the haughty. . . . Their infants will be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses will be looted and their wives violated." (Isaiah 13:9-16 NIV) Here is some Quran Say, ˹O Prophet, that Allah says,˺ “O My servants who have exceeded the limits against their souls! Do not lose hope in Allah’s mercy, for Allah certainly forgives all sins. He is indeed the All-Forgiving, Most Merciful. Al-An`am 6:54 And decree for us in this world [that which is] good and [also] in the Hereafter; indeed, we have turned back to You." [Allāh] said, "My punishment - I afflict with it whom I will, but My mercy encompasses all things." So I will decree it [especially] for those who fear Me and give zakāh and those who believe in Our verses- Al-A`raf 7:156 وَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَـٰكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةًۭ لِّلْعَـٰلَمِينَ ١٠٧ We have sent you ˹O Prophet˺ only as a mercy for the whole world. Al-Anbiyaa’ 21:107 Riyad as-Salihin 419 Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying, "When Allah created the creatures, He wrote in the Book, which is with Him over His Throne: 'Verily, My Mercy prevailed over My Wrath" Come to Islam, we all invite you brother ☝🏾☝🏻☝🏿☝🏼☝🏽

1 Corinthians 13 13 If I speak in the tongues[a] of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast,[b] but do not have love, I gain nothing. 4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. 11 When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. 12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. 13 And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

One thing that helps me tho is to remember that I am as sinnfull as they are, whatever sin I did, I did it too, so by being angry at them, i'll be angry at myself. Jesus loved even those who killed Him so you can love a basic sinnfull person.

Our Faith can be much easier now when we do as Jesus taught us when he talks about keeping everything on a "Childlike" simplistic nature. When we throw all of the theology and manmade self interpreting away and take the Gospels and the Lord's word in it's simplest terms, then our Discernment skills and analytical skills will also smooth out so that we notice liars, false witnesses and teachers and are able to flee these hidden dangers. Many, MANY People are possessed right now with multiple spirits tugging them away from God at every opportunity. You must be forever vigilant.

This commandment is even more important after the first coming of Jesus, as The incarnate Son of God. God, sacrificing his Son, to approach humankind even closer, more intimately. Jesus' first coming was the greatest sign of love for humankind shown by God himself.

This one, I could understand. Oftentimes i hear words but they don't sink in. In several of your previous videos, your words just rolled off me... this one, though, i understood. I think God showed me some grace just now.

This is by far the hardest thing to learn in the Christian walk.

I was engaged in a conversation a while back on this very subject of love and who it applies to. One of the conclusions is that the discussion and correction of sins is of love because sinners also have souls, and accusations of hypocrisy should not be allowed to distract us from such activity. No one is done a favor by being shielded from reality, no matter how many events, flags, feelings, and institutions celebrate absurdity.
