தம்பி, உண்மை தான். நானும் ஒருவரை அகத் தோற்றத்தை பார்த்து நல்லவன் என்று நினைத்தேன். பின்பு பழகிய பிறகுதான் தெரிந்தது அவன் ஒரு சாக்கடை என்று. பிறகு தாங்கள் எப்போதும் கூறுவீர்களே பிறரை குறை சொல்வதற்கு முன் விரல் நம் பக்கம் திரும்ப வேண்டும் என்று அதை நினைத்து மனதை கட்டுபடுத்தி கொண்டேன்.

Here are the questions for Sunday Q and A: 1) While meditating, I don't focus on the forehead area or even concentrate; I only monitor my breathing and thought patterns. After some period of time, I feel a heating sensation in my forehead area naturally. After finishing my meditation session, I feel like closing my eyes for a longer period of time and trying to feel the calmness. My mind is not interested in social interactions after my meditation session. Is this the correct way? 2) I read Sivapuranam , and I have a doubt. Please refer to the stanza below: நிறங்களோ ரைந்துடையாய் விண்ணோர்க ளேத்த மறைந்திருந்தாய் Do Saint Manivasagar’s references to the color codes of souls align with those mentioned in "The Law of Spirit World" or "Journey of Souls"? I am not sure which book it is, but I have seen in your videos about the color codes of souls.

Anna please consider this question for q&a Past few years i started spiritual practise, am also very happy and feel blessed to know about actual spirituality ignoring religion, i understand it's pure peace, from Dec 2023 stated to practise of anger control & i successfully carried out for 7 months but in the last 20 days i feel like lost all the control over me literally in alter ego zone, getting anger over even silly things (during those 7 months also i was troubled very badly even for certain incident i was Cornered without any fault from my side but in all those moments i said to myself "paravala" thinking that karma will take care of itself, but now im just thinking what to do to come out this anger, how to treat the people who misuse our take easy policy )

Sulumunai is present between puruvamathi. When you see that your vasi is going on to sulumunai and also listening the breath both cause at particular point breathing will be disappeared at the same time our every senses will be shut down and you can see the universe inside of our head etc. And also mounam will be installed in your mind etc.

Hello Nithilan Bro, Loads of thanks to You for this topic but I really want you to speak about normal narcissists who prevails everywhere in all sectors especially abusers and how victims are trapped by them and drained completely so entire life is ruined. Narcissists completely drain and move out of life even if it's a month or 10 years no matter of their span but on leaving it means the victim is completely drained and life shattered in all ways. Speak about this please.... I hope you understood them well so you can better explain and make awareness. As you said... They are well versed and until they die they make things out of that and never get exposed. At the end of the day it's a better life to narcissist than the victims used by them so why do victims choose this life and how spiritual guide or process support this kind of narcissist birth type??? Please please explain more on this in addition to awareness video.

வணக்கம் நிதிலன். நம் முன்னோர்களை இந்த ஆடி மாதத்தில் வழிப்படும் வழக்கம் உள்ளது. கன்னியாக இறந்தவர்களையும் dress பூ வளையல் வைத்து இப்படி வழிப்படும் வழக்கம் உண்டு எங்கள் (திருநெல்வேலி) பகுதிகளில். இந்த வழிபாட்டு முறைகள் சரியா. சிலர் இப்படி செய்வதால் அவர்கள் ஆன்மா அடுத்த பிறவி அடையாது ( என் உறவு கள் என்னை நினைக்கிறார்கள் என்று ) என்றும் சிலர் மறு பிறவியில் கூட அந்த ஆன்மாவிற்கு இது நன்மை செய்யும் என்றும் சொல்கிறார்கள். இதில் எது சரி.
