In Chennai there used to be lots of Brahmin mess during 70s to 90s which served cheap and tasty food to plenty of workers especially in TNagar, Mambalam and Mylapore/Triplicane areas. I have seen many mansion guys surviving with Brahmin mess food. Nowadays many have shut down due to competition but still these mess are best in quality.

What is the purpose of having a community name as hotel name? Cuisine is generally based on a region never on a caste.
