പാലക്കാട് ജില്ലയിലെ എലവഞ്ചേരി ഒരു കാര്‍ഷിക ഗ്രാമമാണ്. ഇവിടെ കൃഷിരീതിയിലെ വ്യത്യസ്ത കൊണ്ട് ശ്രദ്ധേയനാകുകയാണ് കെ.എന്‍ ശിവദാസന്‍ എന്ന കര്‍ഷകന്‍. ഒരേ തടത്തില്‍ മൂന്നു മുതല്‍ അഞ്ചു വരെ ഇനം പച്ചക്കറികള്‍ ഒരേസമയം വിളയിക്കുകയാണ് ഇദ്ദേഹം. ഇതിലൂടെ അഞ്ചു സീസണിലായി ലഭിക്കേണ്ട വരുമാനം ഒറ്റ തവണയായി ഇദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ കൈയിലെത്തുന്നു. കഴിഞ്ഞ വര്‍ഷം രണ്ടു തവണയായി 10 ഏക്കറില്‍ നടത്തിയ പച്ചക്കറി കൃഷിയില്‍ നിന്നു ലഭിച്ച വരുമാനം 52 ലക്ഷം രൂപയാണ്. കാണാം മനം കുളര്‍പ്പിക്കുന്ന കൃഷിയിട കാഴ്ചകള്‍. ശിവദാസന്‍: ഫോണ്‍- 98473 92112.
