Thanks Tom. I’d like to add an obvious one- spending 15-20 minutes on a stretch of water before fishing it. Look for rising fish. 😉 If you’re patient, you’ll spot a big one that’s consistently rising. Get your pattern right with a nice soft landing- ~10 ft ahead of him- try to straighten the leader, get your drift looking good. BAM. Tight lines everyone!
