I am also sure that this taste will make your guests ask for a recipe . I can aldready hear them saying 'How did you prepare it? It's so light!' Orzo Salad
Ingredients List:
(Our cup measurement is 200 ml)
1.5 cups of orzo
3 glasses of hot water
4 tablespoons of olive oil
A coffee spoon of salt
750 g strained yogurt
Juice of half a lemon
3 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 red peppers
A bowl of milk corn
A pinch of parsley
5 scallions
Preparation:
We fry the orzos in the pot until their color turn gold, add the salt, cover the lid and cook it. We cool it down. We add yoghurt, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, mayonnaise, half a cup of water, red pepper, parsley, garlic, and we chop scallion finely in small cubes. We pour olive oil and if it is too intense, you can thin it with water. After mixing the cooled orzos with vegetables, we mix it with our yogurt sauce and put it on the serving plate. It's a very delicious salad! Bon Apetit!

We use cherry tomatoes and cucumbers for decoration.
