I love that it's so easy to have all the ingredients on hand. Makes it perfect to make on a snowy day. I'm sure my husband would enjoy coming in from snow removal to this hot in the IP waiting for him.

Keri this looked yummy and I think it’s impossible to miss the meat 👍🏻 Peasant food or inexpensive meals is always belly filling and so darn good 🥰

Great premier Keri! Looks super good ! i would have to do it in the pressure cooker but i would assume it would be pretty much the same times! thanks for a great recipe!

Thanks Ginger! You could just boil it in the stove in a soup pot for the same times! :) I just do it in my Instant Pot so I can cook it then leave it on warm until time to eat. :)

Great soup.. but I have to use meat with my husband. I could live without ever eating it. He has to have meat and gravy! UGH! (I’m a soup person) thanks for showing this. Many people do prefer no meat, this is a great recipe for them!

I understand totally! We like meat but have learned to go without it for short periods of time now, but it was a hard adjustment. It is an easy add to include meat in the soup. I appreciate you watching! ❤️
