Hola David ...Espero este comentario te pueda servir , encontré mismo problema en mi motor os 120 surpass II , después de muchos experimentos decido abrir la bomba y al parecer estaba todo bien pero descubrí que el sello retén de 5mm contra la tapa posterior que le da fuerza a la bomba es demasiado débil inundando el carter con combustible y llega al manifold de admisión vía manguera de lubricación proveniente del balero frontal ; al no encontrar en el mercado repuesto decidí modificar poniendo un o’ring de viton de 5 x 9 mm,, en lugar del retén sello original y.......exito!!!! Ahora tiene más de 10 + horas de trabajo el motor sin ningún inconveniente de ajuste de Carburacion , lo recomiendo hacer el trabajo estoy feliz , espero esto pueda servir a otros también , saludos David !!

check the O-rings on the low speed idle mixture barrel.it has about 3 tiny O-rings, and could be by-passing making a rich mixture. also make sure that there is NO fuel in the recirculation hose from oil drain nipple.if is,needs pump shaft seal,which I have.

I have not seen any fuel in there yet, but I will continue to monitor it.

The regulator is BLEEP, that is the problem here.

I have a similar engine in my decathlon, high speed very sensitive, likes almost closed position and low speed fully closed.. engine flies my decathlon at least 2x9 mins. Flight per week.. pls let me know if the engine is eventually removed of glitches. Tnx

No I got rid of this complete piece of shit. The pump parts are not user serviceable nor are parts available. I feel sorry for those that spent real money on OS pumped engines. If left to sit and not be run for a long time, this is the result.
