Hi Rion This video bring back so much memory, we live in a hotel just next to Yamada in Namba, great to see you walk in there, there is a small Ramen shop which taste fantastic over there, called 龍旗信RIZE, I love their spicy chicken ramen. I used to stay at the hotel next to Shin-Imamiya Station which is close to this "Tamade" supermarket. This one opens 24 hours. There is another one, which is much bigger at the end of the "shops" street nearby but it closes at 9pm.

Thanks for the chicken liver recipe. When I was a kid KFC made the best chicken livers. But they're just not good anymore. Hi Rion, was wondering was this Super tamade in Nipponbashi? i actually totally forgot to go when i visiting osaka last october. Wondering have you heard of Foodium, lol that was my go to spot when i stayed in Shinsaibashi. I miss the cutlet sandwich

@@RionIshida ya i really liked Foodium, have a look if you haven't had a chance, it has 2 floors (milk, veggies, sushi etc on the first floor and snacks and long life products on the 2nd I think Osaka actually has better Grocery stores than central tokyo due to the small building sizes,

Try adding some sesame oil to the soy sauce dip - works very well with okra as well as with sushi. Probably sashimi as well. No rice?
