I expected the roads to look more finer. It's not compared to raods in Royal Garden Estate , Pinnock. This Osborne Estate rd is below standards cos if they start having pot holes , then you will know. I lived in Dolphin estate the One close to Abacha estate , most times around the shopping complex when there's rain before the suya guy till you pass the estate at the second gate towards Ijeh market Obalende , the flood there is crazy despite the fact that it's interlocked roads. Imagine flood in Osborne, everyone is messed up cos that estate was sand filled .I know when they started the sandfilling .They actually put the sand in real sea water not like it was reclaimed like EKO atlantic. No land there before . So why can't they make a very high standard road? I would love to buy 2 plots of land there at least. Is this what I am going to be putting my money into? And land is not cheap there. It's Ikoyi. Then do the needful for investors and private prospects and relocators . We live abroad we know how a good road should look like in a private estate . Abeg let their management just do the needful. Nice Job @Tolu Nazzal

Damn!! Osborne is more serene and beautiful than over hyped Banana Island...I prefer Osborne to Banana Island..My personal opinion though..Thanks for the video..

I grudgingly agree! It's not so much the houses, it is the public infrastructure! It all seemed hurriedly done and poorly done too! No where near being pristine as the main Ikoyi . I have seen numerous videos of this and Parkview estate, I can't warm to either of them!

Hello Tollu, Here are just few advise I would love to give you inorder to perfect your act of professionalism. 1, The way to beg for people to subscribe at every few minutes is kinda annoying, You are showing a great content and those who love your content and wish to see more would definitely subscribe. Telling people to subscribe at the beginning and the end isn't bad idea but begging for it while you are showing great places is just annoying. 2, You might have to modernise your English vocabulary more, using "This Place" 300 times in one content expose your deficiency. Nothing stop you from using the name of the Estate for example "At Osborne Estate Phase 2 you would see and feel the quietness and greenery environment" instead of repeating this place this place million times. It's just a few cent advise from my observations. Keep up the good work and grow better and bigger.
