One can see that the artisans did a beautiful job but I don’t know what to think of the developer. What’s the use of a swimming pool beside the generator house? or a mirror that plays music in a guest powder room, or two small kitchens and no laundry room. Your video quality and presentation remains impeccable.

One day i will build an estate where everything will be locally made… the word everything is IMPORTED just reminds me that yes Nigeria is a consuming nation and this make our local produce obsolete with no sentimental value as we place more value on foreign products much more than our local resources. I think maybe the land they built the house on is the reason why it is high priced. Other than that, there is nothing in the house that is worth a fraction of their projected price. The appliances in the house are basic overseas, since she said all were imported. Yes, they are basic stuff you find in most houses abroad, such as the US. Even with the land location, I don't think the house is worth more than half the price. You know, just like in the stock market, everything in the housing market is all about speculation, not actually what it's worth, if you understand what I mean.
