Good review. The fur hood -- does it have a wire insert to help retain the shape in the wind? Also you did not comment on the thickness, the weight etc.

If anything like my Atka about 5lbs give or take. Just don't wear cotton base layers.

The hood of the jacket has a wire that allows the fur to retain shape in the wind. As for the weight, it is about what Eddie said - 4 or 5lbs. That depends upon the size of course though.

I'm 6' 180lbs athletic build, usually wear a 40-tall suit jacket and medium or large shirts depending on fit, 32 waist jeans. The medium OSC massak fit perfectly, the large was a bit bulky in the mid-torso but also fit okay.
