A deluded comment as usual. Majority of the UFC fighters get paid really well. The lower to mid tier fighter pay in UFC is far better than boxing. The only issue is the top level fighters who headline PPV. Although they make millions, it's nowhere close to boxing. Jones makes 7-8 mil fighting DC for selling 800k ppv while someone like Canelo would easily make 20 mil selling the same amount.

I would love to see fighters make more, but Liddell's situation isn't the best example though. Chuck Liddell, Matt Hughes, and Forrest Griffin were given front office jobs that paid $30k a month. Forrest is the only one that took the job seriously and therefore is still employed. The others took the job for granted, didn't even live in the state where the job was set up for them. Also, Liddell's partying habits also didn't help. We all love The Iceman, but he hasn't exactly helped himself. And if you look at the pay for that Golden Boy Promotions card from top to bottom it's not as good as it was said to be.
