Sorry but additive synthesis is a bit different than what you describe here. First of all, you cannot experiment additive synthesis using sawtooth waves, this is nonsense. You need a much larger system if you want to stay within the analog realm to demonstrate or study additive, like a large modular system with tens of sine wave capable oscillators each with their own envelope generators, not a minimoog. Sorry for this negative comment.
