Hmmm this generation...I can see that this situation is trying to bring divorce as a requirement or an option... Jesus said divorce is only option in case of marital infidelity, Osinachis case is about domestic violence. Many blamed her pastor..my point here is that the Osinachi have paid her price for true marital sanctity she make a decision to die in the situation..Yes that's a general, Christianity is about this category of people, who died in the process of truth, than about those who ran away from the temptations..Satan is fighting marriage hardly, many were falling apart and losing heaven because of it.. Christianity is not only about prosperity only but about crossing new horizons, passing out marital temptations successfully....Christ statement about Divorce and marriage is very clear, the bible is very clear about it..no grammar can confuse it,..my take Osinachi died a success, a woman who respectfully pray for her husband, who expected good change from him,she doesn't condemn him, she continue to minister and get close to her maker, she followed the example of apostle Stephen, Jesus Christ and dying for the world, etc, She died for love, she gives love a meaning...her blood must definitely change this man..in short God took her cos she deserves heaven...let's know everyone of us would die one day, it only matters about how and when we die,..I salute her, based on people testimony, she rejoice and possibly more happiness than us here in this world...God is fully aware of her passing and allowed..RIP Osinachi.. please again the Pastor has no problem,he tried.. ordinarily even if he knew, he shouldn't ask her to leave her marriage, that will be contrary to Christ word..and Pastors are gifted separate some for discernment and some for miracle and power for healing..but again pastors are not witches but people who must be shown things to know, not at will but by inspiration and revelation... To me God want to take her home, and it's simple as that, she is a heavenly candidate..

Hmm. The reason God gave us wisdom is so we can relieve Him of certain things. The Law of life is greater than Law of marriage. Things might have been different if she left. God never supports one to die in silence no matter what.

Your comment is scary and shouldn’t be put out there. Are you basically saying that for someone to be heaven worthy they should be killed all in the sake of marriage? Like a Christian marriage martyr???? Speaking of the Same God you are referring to, is he not the same God who loves and ordained marriage? And said that man should love his wife like Christ loved the church? If so how then does he allow or crowns suffering, agony and resultantly, death in the same said he marriage he so honours and ordained. If you’re a man I fear for any woman in your life and if you’re a woman, ma’am this is not what makes a virtuous woman in marriage. Please stop.

No matter where you come from in this world, your spouse can not be the hospital critically sick and you keep that to yourself without letting the family know. This is to tell you how evil this man is. You can not have cancer and die in a month. She died from a blood clot in her chest. Even pastor Eneche said she has been complaining about chest pain. The Even husband beat her and while she was on the floor, he stomped on her chest. She never recovered from that. The chest pain she was having was as result from that. The man is evil and he is just lying. He killed her. He stepped on the chest and gave her a blood clot. He is evil and needs to pay. It hurts me so much that Osinachi let that man treat her like trash and she didn't run . Is very very sad. There was no love.

I don't think they did. I remember when I was teaching Igbo language and culture in a private school in Lagos, on marriage I made it point blank that irrespective of today's globalization, we Igbos must ask pertinent questions about family history before engaging in matrimony. Nwachukwu's family even attest to the fact that he cut them off as regards to communication wise. To me that is a red flag.. refusing your in laws to have access to their daughter, sister, aunt is a no no. Quite unfortunate situation.

Also, I pray that this beautiful soul that suffered silently until her death will bring about more women's forums on domestic abuse. I think there there need to be a law that make domestic abusers a public shame followed by an ostracization from certain communities, and demotion in their profession until they attend and complete classes on abuse. They will not be able to go back in times as to the seeds of abuse they have sown in their boy children but going forward they can make it a taboo and a stain on men (cowards) who abuse their wives at any level of the word. thank you for your input!

Conducting an autopsy is vital but what is even more important is where and who is conducting the autopsy. It must be conducted by an independent pathologist/coroner and by an independent hospital. It must not be the usual thing of just coming to make a press statement about results , it must be so detailed and forensic in its approach. The issue is not even just about the direct cause of death but also remote cause and negligence must be factored into all the investigation.

Greetings from Jamaica. Thank you for not parading Mrs. O's children on your channel. I was appalled to see that not even their faces were blurred on most vlogs. What kind of future will these children have after hawking them online? The direct quotes and recounting of what the children said? How does that help if the dad gets off scott-free and they again end up in his care and he avenges what they disclosed about their homelife? What steps are taken to protect these children going forward with everyone being indiscreet about what they said? Was it necessary to say verbatim who said what especially as they spoke in confidence after being made to recall their mom and what she taught them? Mrs. O's life post marriage as chronicled, her untimely death is an unfortunate situation that touch the core of most humans everywhere. I stumbled across news of this melodious songbird's untimely death on Thursday and couldn't help but listen to her music with a message on Good Friday. Now that she has passed there are stories of her horrible journey in a marriage filled with abuse. Her eyes and face sparkled and radiated bliss in most of her songs - sometimes she appeared so sad as she rendered her message. Perhaps there were messages pointing to her pain and hope for a better life in God's arms. Spousal abuse/domestic violence is global and knows no social class. Wealthy women often hide their own journey while for other women, their living and other circumstances doesn't guarantee privacy. I personally have never been in abusive situations but I know many women who have tolerated for the sake of children or just keeping up appearance among relatives or for religion. Mrs. O's husband lived in a mental space far removed from reality. One would have to hear first hand the threats that made this songbird suffer so much in her short life. She paid such a high price including isolation from her twin and extended family!! Perhaps her oldest son has learning challenges and need special support apart from all of them needing psychological support to deal with the trauma of how they were raised; how their mom endured and how she died. They may love and hate their father and may have a relationship with him after all that happened. That too is normal for persons in abusive situations. Women all over the world have to be empowered to love themselves first and foremost. Not to let failed relationships define who they are. Children aren't helped when parents stay in unhealthy, abusive relationships. God in his goodness would never sanction abuse as anyone's destiny - neither male nor female. Let's keep it real and grounded in truth and justice. Women are not second class citizens, chattels or slaves. As our hearts break for Mrs. O, let's remember her children have to continue living and cease parading them online. I love your legal perspective which brings a measure of clarity to this particular situation. All the best.

You have said it all. Most bloggers just want to make stories, they are not different of Mrs O's hubby, they don't look into pros and cons of matters they just lift and put information online because they is no law to caution them, and if there, it is not effective. I pray God will put in the heart of some one to look-in to the children matter as everyone is busy making money in their story. God help Nigeria.

How do you not inform someone’s family that their relative is terminally Ill. Whether traditionally or not. I mean what will you do with their body after they die? It’s just common decency.

I am a Namibian woman, it is just too sad and very uncomfortable situation to hear. Well, I believe all African traditions might be the same. Under no any circumstances should one keep quite if your partner is unwell without telling the family members. God does not allow us to judge but from a spiritual perspective, Mr Peter was in need of deliverance because one can see that everything he did was evil. Talking much will not help us in any way but what we need to do is to pray for the late's mom, siblings, children and other members of the family who are going through a very painful and unacceptable situation. Only God can comfort this family in this difficult time. We all need to surrender this and leave it for God. Mr Peter needs to admit that what he did is totally unacceptable in the eyes of God and even in human eyes. He needs to confess, repent than forgiveness will come into his life. All of us need to learn from this situation in order to avoid this type of maltreatment in our matrimonial homes in Jesus'name. May osinachi's soul rest in eternal peace and we believe she is comforted in the hands of God after such a traumatic matrimonial experience.

Let us not blame the late Osinachi, women remain in abusive relationships sometimes for fear of being killed by their partners. Some remain in those relationships because they always hope that the abuser will change. Abusers always isolate the victim from friends and relatives for fear of people noticing elements of abuse like withdrawal, bruises and may be the victim sharing her situation with people. Let us not be quick to judge.
