First, you take the dinglepop, and you smooth it out with a bunch of schleem. The schleem is then repurposed for later batches. Birth control pills have estrogen. Estrogen increases TBG in blood which decreases availability of free T3 and T4. So, the dose of hyperthyroid medications should be lowered.
