Well in Pokemon: The Journeys (where Ray Chase is also a VA for), Ash and Gou in one episode also spoke engrish in the original Japanese dub, and when that same episode came out in english in the U.S., they had them speak with a posh accent in the english dub. So I'm assuming the same thing could happen here. But I could be wrong on that.

todomatsu, choromatsu and jyushimatsu have nice voice actors. And considering Karamatsu's personality I think the VA for him fits perfectly. Ichimatsu's, I'm not too sure. When he yelled it was perfect but maybe the VA will be more monotone when it comes to ichi's speaking voice. I'm also definitely looking forward to hearing Osomatsu's VA voice him, it's a very bouncy role that can jump around from monotone to energetic to goofy to innocent and much more.
