You missed the purpose of the elastic straps at bottom of the left shoulder strap and bottom of the left side of the bag. These are Osprey's trekking pole holding system. With the poles collapsed, the handles go through the elastic loop on the shoulder strap, and the tips go into the plastic-covered elastic strap at bottom of the bag. That way, they rest under your arm while hiking, and are quickly available without taking off the pack.

You should review the backpack while loaded. Like this I cannot understand the shape. I suggest the next fill it with towels to maximize its volume.

These videos never seem to highlight any of the drawbacks of the products. It's a long list of features which is fine and can be gotten from the website but I'd rather see an actual review, what the negatives are, how it performs etc. Rather than just reviewing it empty with the tags still on. For example the small section at the top, I've seen other brands coat the inside with microfibre in case you put your sunglasses in there, this pack doesn't have that. It's just a small example but I always feel as though the reviewer has been given this for free and is inevitably waxing about how great it is.
