The flame that removes the stat drain is such a good QoL thing that I would've never known about if it weren't for this video. Great guide! Also the ironman instance system is so nice, getting crashed was one of the reasons why I was really afraid of starting the GWD grind on my ironman, good to know it's straight up impossible for other ironmen to enter the instance

I actually just use the 117 plugin on Runelite - I've started using the resource hub plugin to change up the screen layout a bit though :)

Appreciate it! 70s is a bit low for bandos, I'd wait until 85+ tbh and maybe do some team kills if you can! I had around 80def, 93str and 82 attack making this and get around 3-4kills a trip if that helps

Yeah hard pray melee. Post graardor kill you can pray the respective ones, but but in this gear you'll generally not have the best time lmao

This is a 2006 style guide bro... most wanna do 30-40 kc trips solo using Bowfa & door altar method or red x with cannon base which is even easier.. wish I got the point of making an outdated video like this. If you're this poor maybe go do some slayer or if iron go to the prison ull need bowfa to progress anyways unless youre a content creator who gets carried to advertise mega scales or some shit free
