Ciao a tutti!!! ☺️ La festività dei morti si avvicina e noi vi proponiamo questi biscotti tipici per questo periodo: le ossa dei morti.
Anche se il nome sembra non promettere niente di buono, le ossa dei morti sono dei dolcetti davvero buoni ma attenzione: bisogna avere dei buoni denti, rimangono un po' duretti; infatti assomigliano in toto, sia nella consistenza che nell'aspetto, alle ossa dalle quali prendono nome. Nell'aspetto sono molto particolari poiché durante la cottura lo zucchero si scioglie formando una base caramellata che si staccherà dalla parte bianca che rimarrà vuota.
Ingredienti
300 gr Zucchero
1 pizzico abbondante di cannella
75 ml Acqua
300 gr Farina

Ingredients
300 gr Sugar
1 pinch of cinnamon
75 ml Water
300 gr flour
Method:
In a large saucepan we put the Sugar, Cinnamon and Water and put on the fire. When it comes to a boil, turn off the heat and add the flour. We mix quickly. Let's move on a work surface and work the mixture until it becomes a homogeneous mixture. We make loaves and make superficial incisions with the knife. Cut into pieces of about 2 cm. Put on a baking sheet with parchment paper and let it dry for three days. After three days we put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. The magic will take place in the oven: the mixture will be divided into two distinct parts. They are kept for a few days in a biscuit container.
