When the Academy Awards starts doing this, then we can all stop using the term ACTRESS. Right now there's absolutely nothing wrong with using that word.

A scientist is a profession not a gender description. So why should actors be any different? Its they're profession they're an actor. She is an actor. she is a scientist. So u dont have to use it if you prefer not to but it's more inclusive if u do
