Very, very nice! Oh how we love Ossobuco. I must admit that I never saw the addtion of peas before. With the thumbnail image I guessed they were capers. I sure was wrong and I can see how the slight sweetness of the peas would compliment the dish. They also look great in the presentation. And I sure wouldn't mind having a bit of that crispy marrow! Excellent!
