Me too. Night is mi nightmare 😢. During the day isn't that painfully may be due to a blood irrigation. I'm trying ginko biloba a t Night plus you know all those ANTIFLAMATORY stuff. I really can't sleep. How do you treat both?

Hi Cathy! I have crepitus in my knees as well and it does not cause pain...yet. Have you found any supplements/meds/or physical therapy exercises that help with your crepitus?
