I have osteoarthritis all over my body,also I have a rattling noise in my left swollen hand

I broke my ankle a few months ago and my orthopedist found mine on an x-ray, but opposite from the break. Funny enough the arthritis bothers me more than the broken bones.

I have curvature of the spine since I was a child Now at 75 I have osteoarthritis in my right knee And since I used my right hand all my life being a manicurist I developed also only in my right hand osteoarthritis called heberden nodes very painful I use Ben Gay on my knee that help me a lot And drink tumeric milk
