I read on articles that if it grows near blood vessels or nerves it is harder to do surgery. Mine is on the humerus, but it is thinner and slightly longer, would it be hard to remove it?

This can't be removed naturally, only surgery can do it but you can stop growing this. Some precaution should be taken for this :- 1. Don't lift heavy things, don't go for gym. 2. Everyday excersie is necessary not gym. 3. One garlic with honey daily. Due to this I won't grow n also in future cancer changes gets very reduced. 4. Also if you have some remedy do share

Actually HIIT reduces this because it releases heat shock hormones, which cause anti inflamatory repsonses, and releases growth hormones. This disease is also linked to gene defect in carbohydrate metabolism, so stop all carbs/sugar in food. No grains, no processed food. Mostly eat real vegetables or lightly cooked. There is evidence building muscle mass can reduce this disease since more muscle means more of blood sugar/insulin is consumed every time we eat. High insulin has been linked to excessive tissue growth, and driver of insulin is carbs/sugar.

I actually have this and have to operate it, I am a teenager and I'm still growing so this will grow with me too which could result in further complications if I don't operate it. But thanks for the tip tho.

High carb/starch diet. It's caused by gene defect that cannot process carbohydrates and it messes up bone growth factors. Stop all carbs, sugar, processed foods, stop all grains, and eat live vegetables/or mildly cooked vegetables. Stop all meat if possible. If not, reduce meat intake to twice a week.

Try aspirin/vitamin-c therapy, but watch that amount of acid on your stomach. Also exercise a lot. Pushups work.
