Before I went totally cordless years ago… all I used was the corded fast feeds! They were light.. didn’t get hot and I could use them all day.. only bad thing I could ever say about them was that they didn’t cut bulk well! But I had another clipper for that! I definitely might have to pick these up! They were a must back in the day with some andis double magnetic purple guards! Thanks for the review!

I think that the old fast feeds were good for beginners. Because they were very forgiving. They were very light. And a lot of people were fans of the purple magnetic guards. But I think if you’re an experienced barber, this is not going to be the clipper for you. You have to go very slow with your movements. Does not remove bulk well. But if you were a fan of the old fast feeds. You will probably love this clipper.🤷♂️🤷♂️

Honestly I think people are not seeing the innovation here. They mimicked a pivot motor with a rotary motor, that is if it’s using the worm gear like the 76s. This clipper could open the world to something new. Innovation is on the inside.
@CutsByReggie2 жыл бұрын
I definitely think that could be something some of us are over looking. But on the other hand I do have the 76ers on preorder and I am a bit more excited about those.

I think in a world of new, they wanted to show off that they’ve been around. I think the aesthetic is cool, the black version looks a bit more modern. I really hope they hit because the fast feed was my first love and also the one that got away. I just can’t be getting into any “entanglements” now a days. 🥁 I had to cut the cord but I hope that this is the return.

So I got the cordless Fast Feed and after draining the battery once, it would not hold a charge or get thru a full head of hair. I know that people complain about the runtime on these clippers, but most barbers have two of anything, so that makes for a shitty complaint. The real question is, are they worth it?... My answer is that - If you're at a point in your career in where you can get a cut done with any higher end clipper, it's pointless to waste money on these clippers, from a utility standpoint. $220, to do the same shit that I was doing for $140?.....they must have bumped their fucking heads.

Thanks for the review. The look is very basic. It's strange how the corded ones look way more modern and nice! Not sure why they couldn't have left that body type on the cordless ones. So it sounds like the pivot motor is installed on the cordless one. I do have to say the fast feeds to me are a forgiving blade and you can do really nice fades with them, and that pivot motor lets you cut hair wet or dry which is nice. But that look is not helping at all. Maybe those black or silver ones you speak of will change my mind when I see those!
