I personally believe that Elvis was here for one thing only. He sang that the book of life is brief And once the page is read All but love is dead This is my belief. This magnificent man gave his heart his soul and physical self to us for the soul purpose of LOVE. He left behind his magic for us to love him forever and never forget. I don't think that Elvis realized how great he was. I thought that he did a great job in the movies considering the scripts he was assigned. His music was always the best. Elvis' magnificent voice never altered even in 1977 he still gave a solid performance.
