Ostomy Travel Bag by Stealth Belt

I saw a guy with a similar product on a channel I watch which is not ostomy themed. I thought that would be really neat cuz I just shove them in my backpack pockets if I go out and need to take spares. I will be getting one of these for my traveling adventures :)

Do you use Adhesive remover wipes or Skin Barrier wipes too?

I guess I don't understand how this is supposed to work. For me all it does is stop the stool from leaving the stoma and entering the bag. Of course which causes pancaking and then the bag to fall off.
