I ordered a belt 5 weeks ago and besides the sales order form, have not received any information about my order. I am unable to get through to anyone at the company and my repeated emails are unanswered. Does your company not have any customer service? This seems unprofessional and makes me question the legitimacy of your company.

I shower with the bag on first thing in morning. Then after shower, l change bag. No problems of worrying about output, whilst in shower.

Does it help make the stoma make not so obvious??

I’m only five days post op illiostomy and have developed a parastomial hernia. I’m so upset about this believing that my very active life style ie hill walking, swimming is now going to be seriously curtailed. Your videos have given me much hope, I’m grateful thank you. With time I’m now feeling much more optimism which will help he through these early darker days. 😊
