What is the reliability like for a Citroen and French cars in general?
@rivervalegroup Жыл бұрын
Citroen have a great reliability records, as do certain French cars - we recommend checking customer reviews and surveys. Regular maintenance is key! For more information read our article on Citroen reliability: www.osv.ltd.uk/citroen-reliability/

To me, they should bring back the v6 and hydropneumatic suspension for that magic carpet ride.

Why are British car reviewers always referring to 7 seats? What's the obsession?

Whilst you were sat in the front. Why not mention which models have heated seats and steering wheel and at what level these are fitted as standard?

Why do they keep saying "V" shaped front led running lights..... If they are v's then I need to update my alphabet ....< or > versus V 😂

Diesels PSA with important reliability problems with PSA’s adblue units. And .. also importan reliability issues regarding their three cylinder petrol units, makes almost a temerity to buy one of these or any other psa car

Please advise further evidence of psa diesel issues..?

Had two diesel Picassos. No problem with either and superb economy. Present VW Tiguan on the other hand (2.0 litre TDI R Line) has had fuel issues including the car going into limp mode and requiring warranty work. Pretty poor economy to boot….so there you go….

@@ralphsmyth9635 Totally agree with you sir. I am by no means a Citroen fanboy, as the C4 Grand Picasso I owned previously had issues (mainly with the serpentine belt and air-con). However it was leagues ahead of the 2 VAG diesels I have also owned in the past. Issues included multiple fuel pump issues exacerbated by bodged main dealer repairs, DPF problems, thermostat failures again exacerbated by poor main dealer service, turbo failure @ 9 months old and 7k miles, oil leaks and unrelated to the engine, issues included steering rack and prop-shaft damper failure. So go figure that the “crappy” Citroen was considerably more reliable than the German stuff.

What diesel issues I have three year old berlingo multispace 1.5 adblue 50000 miles no problems only a light bulb think you have your wires crossed bought it after I watched this guy testing it

@ 27,000 miles, no issues here . PSA most reliable diesel ever, ( not saying they’re perfect, but service them, and you’ll be good

Simple answer no. The basic 1.2 pure tech engine (wet cambelt is a nightmare) and is too small for this size vehicle. Pay a bit more and buy a Mazda CX5. it is worth the extra cash.
@gwill983 Жыл бұрын
Has cam belt issue not been largely resolved (or significantly improved upon) since circa 2016? Further info on this would be greatly appreciated.

Charismatic finishing touches 😂 Fancy plastic and a nose as impressive as that of a pickup truck. I do not think VW Tiguan or Ford Kuga have to worry too much.
