Awesome summary. I struggle with not having Thompson Bros. In my city. Must be pretty amazing. But I can 100% get onside with Kilkerran and Bunna and Raasay and Ardnamurchan. That said we need a bourbon and Irish category instead of non-malt. Elijah Craig is gorgeous and there are some other gems that deserve attention. Cheers.

KK gets it over the same priced Springbank 10...when their is FAR more springbank 10 made and available? These awards never stop confusing me. And no Ardbeg 10? Wait redbreast CS or Wild Turkey? And the best whisky of 2024....wasn't made or released in 2024. So hands down the worst decision I've seen yet here.

@@topshelfdustin3060 These awards are selected by everyone that wanted to add to the list. Open to all. 4444 people voted for it. Not everyone will be happy. But that’s life. Thanks for watching and feedback. Cheers

@@WhiskyLoversSociety i get the method, but it seems like there should be rules like...the whisky was made the year of the award.

Who was the guy telling me a year ago how much more available and lower priced KK was?? I'll go back to what I said then - with the double and sometimes triple price we Americans are asked to routinely shell out for anything Springbank/Glengyle, they're off the list of winners based on value. The pricing is entirely different in the UK, so totally understand their votes. But for our market, it's just wrong.

@@sugarkitty4777 KK12 and SB10 are priced the same (at least with in a small difference perhaps) in both markets (at MSRP). WE just pay 2x more in the US for both. And availability, well if more people in both markets get SB10 but KK12 is on more shelves. I'm not sure what you do with that info. But more people in the UK are buying SB10 than KK12.
