He asked Nanika to return Illumi to their house and the next thing Alluka asked for was for Killua to pet her head. That and the fact that Nanika can only grant Killua's wishes as he wished in episode 139 I think.

Killua is pretty much unstoppable with Alluka, he didn't used her before because 1: His family kept her in safety and 2: Supposedly Illumi's needle didn't let him remember about her. Also he's more humane and loving by the final arc🗿 But seriously, having free wishes is too much, there's barely anything for him to do at this point.

For those wondering, there's a theory that Alluka identifies as female but was born male. This is why everyone else in the family refers to Alluka as "he" while Killua, the only person who genuinely loves and understands Nanika and Alluka, refer to them as "she".

@@jmrishun no, they mention in a later episode that Illumi and Milluki always took Alluka to a butler first, since once someone has fulfilled a request, if Nanika can't continue her requests, Nanika's requests pause until that person comes back

The confusion regarding Nanika's real gender may be addressed on how each Zoldyicks view her as a person. To Killua ,she's a sister, for his father (it's an IT) while Illumi probably went with the family narrative that Aluka's an official brother

Alluka shares a body with a creature called an Ai, which is a Dark Continent entity and considered a Calamity. Humans need permission to go to the Dark Continent, and they are required to bring a Calamity back with them if they survive and go home. Nanika was probably brought back by Zygg Zoldyck.

Alluka represents as female but her parents don't accept her as human so they refer to her as male and Killua makes a point of calling her his sister. Kalluto I think just prefers dressing like a girl but considers himself male (I think, it's not really been established)
