Your attention to detail is to be admired by all Gunpla builders. I can't take it to the point of air-brushing yet, but seeing your final products definitely helps me see the benefits of weathering and panel lining at the very least. Excellent content as usual.

I love RG kits. They are so detailed and imo more challenging then some master grades. They are little like in-between a perfect grade and a master grade, thought that's not true for all kits.The early ones were a mess. The Build Strike for example is awful. Loose joints. The 00 ones aren't awful but they too are a little gangly and explode in your hands by just looking at them. However I just built the RG unicorn over the last week or so and it's the most fun I've had with a kit. Rock solid joints, parts stay in place for the most part even when transforming it. Rg has a come a long way over the last 4 years or so.

I got both Eva 00 and Eva 01 RG Bandai in Japan while I was there for vacation (I just came back home!!). I am a noob, I just started this hobby so.. whish me "good luck"!!! I don't believe I won't to paint my models because I've never done i before and I am so scared to mess up!! Also, I got Eva 02 from Kotobukiya (the TV version, my favorite one), Rayearth rune Gods and N-Nautilus from Nadia and the secret of the blue water. I am fine for now but, plenty of kits to get busy during the long and cold Scandinavian winter but, in January, I'll get Eva Mark06 and Eva 13 psedo-evolved kits.

The best things about these RG kits is that they’re super lenient on nub removal because a lot of the time they’re hidden on the pieces, and seams aren’t unnatural looking either so I don’t feel inclined to spend time using model glue and several different files to remove them.

Have you considered the sd neo zeong? Great kit with plenty of room for leds. Id recommend the hg,but that could get ridiculously expensive

Recent RGs have been nothing but pure fire since Nu, maybe since Sazabi. I STRONGLY recommend the RG Force Impulse if you want to keep digging into the line.

patrick karanjeet if you are referring to a paint booth I’d say yes. Only issue is dust and other random stuff getting stuck in the paint if you aren’t careful.

the fans asked for a PG eva already. got a rebuild RG line instead. I have a feeling if we ever get a new PG, it will be rebuild style as well...
