I bought Zelda totk for my now ex only to learn her grandfather got it for her already, so I started playing it and even got about halfway through, before I remembered that she hadn’t started playing yet, I hadn’t told her I had it, and she that if she looked on my switch account she’d see my hours. What I love about Kegan Ashura is that the world building is a complete over the top satire on capitalism. Not giving away too much, this is a world where super rich businesses and their owners settle business negotiations and disputes through one on one fights where each side hires fighters to represent them. So if two companies are vying for say a lucrative construction contract or trying to determine who is gonna own the patent for some new gaming software, they will each hire a fighter for one on one combat to settle that negotiation. It is fantastic

If Shangri La Frontier does really well and stays away from all the Iseikai traps it could be so huge for the genre. The genre is currently in a self-fulfilling spiral because Isekai with problems do well because people love Isekais and because the one with problems do well more ones with problems are made. So if one that doesn't have all the problems does well it serves as an example that the genre can be successful without problematic themes, and especially if it is able to become the most popular Isekai it could take the genre in the direction many are hoping for. I really hope it gets overwhelming support!
