And it shows Everytime atsumu is happy is when his teammates or even the oppenent plays to their highest level and beyond at any given situation. I.e when he set to his brother on the first touch and osamu changed from spiking to setting because he was pushed into a corner.

One more thing about this is that hinata and atsumu are really similar when it comes to how much they love voleyball. But as we watch his flashbacks, we can see that atsumu yells/fights a lot when he's is not satisfied with his brother performance. Or even when someones disturbs him while playing (like the two girls cheering for him in the beginning of the match) Hinata shows that ( in this aspect ) he is the opposite of atsumu. Kageyama didnt set it right, but hinata was simply happy he set for him. He didnt complain, he just wanted another one :)

The scene with oikawa was symbolizing that kageyama made it to the point where he can bring out 100% of his teammates just like oikawa is know for ( his set to Tanaka’s line shot ). That’s why it’s call the birth of the serene king since he’s become a new king. 👑

I don't think oikawa was running to the arena.... He was pissed because kageyama was always talented but he couldn't drew out the potential of his spikers. So with being able to put out everything from Tanaka showed that kageyama has become a great setter. So oikawa was pissed but also motivated I guess

For me, I don't think Oikawa is pissed. We know that Oikawa acknowledged Kageyama's talent. For Oikawa seeing that set it's more like a challenge for him. That somehow he was being chased by Kageyama's progress. It's a motivation for him.

Dachi's score on Kita was a fav of mine - I feel like Furudate-sensei had a lot of fun playing around with Inarizaki's banner and their motto XD Kita using his memories to think how predictable Dachi is and then he does something unpredictable making Kita unable to receive. And to add insult to injury the ball flying and hits their banner - such good symbolism XD As for the Oikawa scene, that was to show that he was watching the match and after seeing Tanaka's super line shot, that was the moment he knew that Kageyama ha become a great setter, to push and bring out the best in his spikers. Him getting running was to show he was pissed but also motivated to go further - and I don't think he was going to the metro gym, he is probably back in Miyagi and not in Tokyo XD

The thing that most reactors tend to do in this episode is kinda gloss over the fact that Inarizaki was at MATCH POINT. Right after Tanaka got blocked, a lot of reactors were just bummed that Tanaka got blocked, not realizing Karasuno could have lost so easily afterward.

Can people stop complaining about how Otane did not notice Inarizaki's match point when this episode's direction is just so bad they actually did not highlight it as much as they did in the manga. I wouldn't have noticed it too if I didn't read the manga. They literally just flashed the scoreboard in this one like meh. When I read about this scene, so much importance was given to the match point and how crucial that moment was by showing internal monologues of the characters especially Karasuno supporters like Yacchi and Saeko which is why Saeko's tears were more meaningful in the manga. Even the commentators' lines were not included here where they basically helped build up the pressure for the manga-readers. I hated this episode the most (yes more than episode 15) because I felt like the pacing was so fast that I didn't even feel the weight on moments like the Inarizaki match point, Tanaka's line shot, Oikawa seeing Tobio grow, Shoyo moving Tsumu, Daichi vs. Kita mindset etc. If you felt like this reaction was off it's because this episode is very off too.

Nah it was clear. I thought I was going crazy seeing some replies like yours because the first time I watched this I knew clearly it was match point so I went back to the episode. They literally show inarizaki score change from 23 to 24 along with the praying from yachi , worried looks by nekoma , their rivals telling them to push on. How was the direction not clear? You noticed but not many people did and maybe I was disappointed because I didn't feel the same pressure I did when I read the manga. They cramped all too many scenes in this one that a lot of people couldn't process what's happening and couldn't really feel the weight of important scenes. People saying she's annoying for not noticing or talking over some characters is just too much. I watch her other videos and she always talk over characters. But I was fine with it because I do miss some things the first time I watch new episodes. And plus she plays volleyball and notices stuff that most fans don't so... 🤷

Well I'm here to call out those who call her "annoying" for this reaction particularly because of that scene. I'm not the only one who thinks that the direction in this episode is done so poorly. Comments like mine are everywhere in the internet, you can even find them in this comment section. I watched this season with my brother and cousin (both didn't read the manga) and in this episode my brother kept pointing out details to my cousin who seems lost. I guess it depends on the individual.

There is a different between animation and art style. The new art style was mimic the new manga art style by furadate because the previous manga art style was not popular in Japan.

We dont see those crazy camera movements as we used to in the previous seasons. it was a downgrade for me. There were parts in season 4 where the animation was almost as good as the other seasons but i still prefer the old one

Oikawa is from miyagi how he was running to tokyo? in that moment he notice that kageyama now are giving the best ball to his spikers, thats why he go running, he dont wanna stay back.

The animation of this season was so bad, in this manga scene the kageyama was soaked and you could clearly see that he was on edge, in the anime it looked like he was normal. Several other scenes and dialogues that enhance the work were also cut. I recommend everyone who liked the anime to read the manga, it is very worth it. Sorry if i missed something, i'm from Brazil
