Hi Rich, u look fantastic! My husband was discharged from the hospital at the end of October. I fell off the exercise wagon for a while. However, I'm back on my stretching & exercise program, and I feel much better. Continue to stay strong & motivated. Dani😊

It's nice to see you still motivating us. We have to keep hustling. Sometimes I quit but my kids keep me motivated. My daughter plays volleyball so let me tell you I had the nerve to go up the steps to end of stands and sit at the last row by the wall and when it was time to go my group left and I tried to go down but I fell on my butt. Luckily I didn't roll down but a nice lady helped me go down the steps. Anyway just a story of me trying to be brave. I can go up the steps but not down. Funny story at volleyball game, sat in the first row with my son, I told him watch the balls, I was able to save my son from getting hit with a volleyball He had nachos on hand. A second ball came and almost got him and I was able to block. I'm like if another ball comes those nachos are going to be flying. That's what happens when you sit on the first row. Take care and keep up the work. Keep Hustling Never Quit. I need to do the same.

Hi how long ago did you have your stroke and where are you now in your recovery
@charleseddy65456 ай бұрын
You did inspire me to get a kettlebell. I only use a 5 lb, but I hold it with my affected hand an touch each foot with it. I use it as more of a hamstring stretch and a way to strengthen my affected shoulder.

Hi Rick, does your affected side feel like a brick after a heavy workout? I experience it after I walk too much. I wonder if it’s normal. My BP is normal. I wonder if it is from exercising too much?

Hi I don't think in our recovery anything is to much just got to be careful and ease off a bit or do a different exercise but is your recovery going
