It’s always been my belief that Franklin was not only dreaming about an alternate reality, but giving justification as to why he has to push through. Enjoy season 4, it’s a strong one.

The bad reactions were just because of the highs of ep 9. . We got no closure. This episode on its own was an artistic masterclass. You can appreciate it when you're binging through instead of having to wait like we did watching live. Had us wondering what was next for almost 2 yrs bc of the pandemic

What I wonder is how much of any of his dream was real? Like did he even work in a convenience store? Did he meet someone in college who dragged him to some kind of recruitment talk given by anyone? Was the reason why he dropped out really because of some clerical error on his financials? I guess at least that part was probably true. So in my head cannon I like to think it was Teddy with his CIA powers to mess with things to get him thrown out and then recruit him.
