The way you phrased your comment seems to imply that all of this was purchased at once but it could have been something they saved up for and accumulated over time and acquired before the COVID-19 crisis began. While I do not know that is what happened, I feel it is also unwise to assume the ladder either. I also think, contrary to your opinion that this is unnecessary, that this is actually beneficial to those who don’t have one or the other. If you are without PC or don’t have enough space on your phone, this video also provides you additional options. It doesn’t seem, at least to me, to be saying you should have all of these devices but rather showing people multiple ways that they could enjoy they game with what they might have already. You mentioned people already knowing this information but there may be some people who don’t know about these other options and find this video to be a good resource. That said, Genshin Impact was never natively playable on the Vita, so Remote Playing from your PS4 (or maybe even PC, if you've installed the right hacks) was the only way to get it on that platform. That said, the Vita did have the similarly massive Phantasy Star Online 2 on it natively for a pretty long time, but only in Japan (though again, with the right tricks you could still play it from other nations), and they *did* shut off those servers, as far as I'm aware.

Another thing you can do if you're a PS4 player is Remote Play to your phone/iPad + controller. However you need a good wifi network and they need to be on the same network. It's just convenient if your PS4 is in living room and you want to play in your room I guess.

Rumors say that it's because it'll be a Switch Pro (or whatever it's named) exclusive so they're waiting for that console to be announced first before giving us news.. Ive been playing on pc since launch and I am AMAZED how some people can play on tiny phone screens. I tried it once but the turning around was too bad for me. Now the game is bigger and I dont think my phone could manage it. Still sometimes when I am waiting an hour for the bus I just think it would be nice to play genshin on the phone. I fulltime play Genshin with my ipad without the ps4 controllers and its fine. Currently AR50+, use bow as main dps and has finished the abyss. I've gotten used to it and I can bring it everywhere in university class, my parents house etc XD
