Honestly I would have gone with the Elevonic 411 over the Gen poo for that many floors. Who am I kidding, Kone MonoSpace all day, every day.

This is a new hotel (finished in 2021) so they wouldn’t have been able to put E411s in. I’d definitely take Kone over this.

@@TheElevatorandAirplaneFinder depends on if these are overslung or underslung installs. the mono 700 line would be comparable to gen2 overslung, 500 line to gen2 underslung. since these are 350FPM, they're in the grey area, but if they travel over 150', they'd be overslung. not surprised they're gen2s though, TKE and OTIS provide the best service to the DMV/NoVA region of the major OEMs and make up 95% of highrise installs in the area
