Nice. All of this starts to make sense in an intuitive way with time and experience, but it’s absolutely beautiful you’ve put these into a video!

Great advice and it's exactly one of the elements my coach/teacher mentioned as well: position on the court and NOT in motion/moving when playing the ball as your accuracy is off. Especially like a bandeja, if you see the (bad) lob is played, racket high and to the back, STOP moving and then play the bandeja in front. Of course, it's always easier during a lesson than real game play.

great! Soms is het correct visualiseren van wat je uitlegt niet makkelijk. kan het helpen met een interactief tekeninkje? of lijnen op de video zelf. idem met de patroonoefeningen ze even heel simpel demonstreren of tekenen kan helpen denk ik Split step is the key. not easy to teach when players never did before. thnx dude!

The main difference between padel and tennis is that tennis is a first bounce sport and padel is a second bounce sport. In padel you need to think where the ball is going to bounce the second time. You need to keep that second bounce closer to the wall or out of the court

My mistakes are mostly having trouble deciding what kind of ball to play so I sometimes give opponents easy shots

Hmm. Than you should probably work on playing patterns a bit more

The reason you struggle to hit the ball hard at 11:37 is that you have your weight behind your body, and you don't move towards the ball. To hit the ball hard and with accuracy you would need to move towards the ball with the racket in front of you while keeping your weight on the front of your feet. One thing that my padel trainer always says is that if you don't have your weight on the front of your feet, you cannot reach the ball, ergo you will lose the point
