Is there instruction or video how to replace hvac vent mode actuator? Or where is it located? Mine stopped blowing on windshield and feet when selected appropriate position on control unit that was replaced for brand new hcac control unit.

Just found this video cause need to replace that in my truck but says i need it programed by the dealer. Cant seem to find any that info if its true or not.

HI, From our experience we have never had to have these units programmed by the dealer and they worked when the new unit was connected.

I have a 2007 volvo vn that i replaced the climate control module and now my ac compressor wont kick in. Do i need to program module to truck?

OTR Performance i have jumped compressor and it works properly. Pressure switch is good also. The reason i replaced ccm is bcz the blower motor would stop sometimes, i would have to wiggle fan knob a bit to make it go again, but ac compressor would work just fine, until i put new ccm. The new ccm light does light up and fan and heater do work also, just the ac compressor will not kick in for cold air. I have recharged ac system so freon is good. I have checked all fuses and relays on top of dash and they look good. Please help!

Volvo dealer tells me this needs to be programmed to the truck. Is this true?

to be completely honest this does not really show you how to diagnose whether that unit was bad or not you just use a couple of buttons that don't really explain it to the working class you guys should be ashamed of yourself selling a product to keep people blind
