this is a good video to see how it is done. I am a health inspector here in Maine and I can see that we do the same thing. It is a hard job to try and get people to do what needs to be done. I will use this when I teach my food saftey course for servsafe certification to people. good job

Thanks for sharing . I am now reading in Cape Breton University as a public health student and it is one of the credentialed program by CIPHI. However, my senior classmate told me it is hard to find such a job in Nova Scotia. Could you please tell me if such career has a great demand in Ontario ? Many thanks !

How are you finding CBU? Btw career opportunities in Ontario are there but practicum's are very hard to get.

You are correct, great catch. The videos were produced for training purposes, but our inspectors always cover up when inspecting food premises. Thanks for your comment.

I been lost for quite a few years now. and but I really want to pursue a career in Public Health Inspector. I am currently going back to adult highschool in Ottawa taking some math and science to prepare myself for this. Does UofO and Carleton or even Algonqin provide program for this career? Cause at the moment it seems like you have to go to Ryerson University in Toronto for it

Do you need to have a car to be a inspector
