Joining us this week is farmer and cookbook author Julius Roberts. Julius will be making his Christmas breakfast essential of Uitsmijter - essentially ham and fried eggs on rye toast with butter and mustard while Milli is cooking her Coconut greens with scotch bonnet and jammy eggs. So glad you liked it. Chaya used a Yemenite sweet hawaij spice blend that includes ginger, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg. You could use any combination of sweet spices to flavour the butter syrup. Enjoy!
