I love Otyken, but unfortunately, this is not their best song. I also love the funky bass, but they have done better. As much as I was able to glean from the translated lyrics, Aidym gave her some bling and got a song out of it, apparently. Please check out their songs "Genesis" and "Storm" for a better grasp of their music. "White Mountain" is also a great song to just mellow out to.

I'm from Russia..And so that you understand, we have a multinational country. Northern peoples live in the north - Chukchi, Buryats, Yakuts, Tuvinians and so on. They have a very interesting culture . They are excellent hunters and get into the eye of a squirrel from a long distance . And very beautiful girls. Just look at the grace in all the movements. And they are all citizens of Russia. All nationalities are respected in our country.

Azyan sings Only in Russian or Chulyms (Pronounced Chu- Lims) There are only 10 fluent speakers of their language left in the world. It is on the Critically Endangered list for languages. The bands name is. O Te Ken it has the 2 dots above the "O" Otyken The capital of All that is Turkic. They are genetically linked to All Turkic, Artic, Eastern and Central European, and Northern Japanese People. They are also genetically linked to Native Americans. They are trying to keep Their culture alive anyway they can. They are considered the "Natives" like the Native Americans are here in the U.S. . They live in little villiages and for the most part off of the Siberian Taiga. They have legends before the Ice... they have deep and rich culture. This is very interesting and makes me love this band even more. For me however, this is all just backstory... this band simply rocks on every level and should be internationally acclaimed despite their cultural and historical backround. The greatest thing anyone can do for their culture today is share OTYKEN's music with everyone!

They're from Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia (basically center of Siberia). The song based on some Khakas fairy tale so I guess that the song is also in Khakas (which would be pretty impressive since it's only about 30,000-40.000 Khakas speakers left in Siberia. The members themselves have ancestry of very small native tribes of Siberia: Chulym Tatars (less than 500 people left), Kets (around 1000), Selkups (around 4000) and etc

Это тюрки, но только очень древние еще до ислама, похоже даже даже до какой либо религии вобще на уровне шаманизма (хотя так-то мы их пытались крестить в свою версию христианства, не знаю получилось или нет, но лишь бы не в вашу версию, там бы точно хрень вышла, на любой взгляд, особенно на мой), а и у них полное равноправие, женщина там на ровне с мужчиной, не во всех культурах так, там это даже не обсуждается, она даже важнее, она рожать умеет, ну он тоже ничего, вот охотится лучше да и рыбачит, и строить умеет, короче он совсем лучше, кроме рожать. Sounds like a female version of "The Hu" from Mongolia ! Japan has a group called "Wagakki Band" who are really good they play almost metal music and rock with the addition of traditional Japanese Instruments ! They have a huge following and put on a great show=)

Barry I will give you a heads up even though there is a Mongolian influence these women are Indians as in wigwams, shamen totem poles and shamens!! They stem from the original Indians that did not go to america!! Strangely enough they were not persecuted and were able to develop into the 21st. Interesting don't you think 🤔

They seem to be trying to ride on The HU's popularity. Doesn't feel authentic, feels forced to me. But if you want more folk style music check out " Wagakki Band", "The HU", "Heilung" , "Alien Weaponry."
