Xavier Robinson has potential to be a star but only has 6 carries all game....Even Franklin got in the game before X-Rob did. Franklin didn't play all season!! There's no rhyme or reason for what this staff does. We go for 2 calling some methodical, drop back pass and expected for it to work! There's no reason for why this staff operates the way they do. After 2025, if we dont win 10+ games, I think you should pull the plug on Brent Venables. I've said it all season long this program is on the verge of becoming irrelevant, its hard as hell for OU to get and maintain 5 star talent, and our portal strategy this season doesnt look to promising. I get it they're going for production, but you need to do what you need to do to win. Like people are saying OU can easily be the next Nebraska, if they do not get their crap together. They have to recruit harder and smarter, they have to develop quicker, and it needs to translate on the field.

We couldn't get a short yard play to save our lives, missed on countless 4th and 1's, so why go for this? They have no kicker. Why not send it to OT? Here's the point: We're just going to have more of this garbage next year. You don't care about this game, fine. Playing this game was important to keep the bowl eligibility streak that is 3nd in the nation. No disrespect to NAVY but the standard at OU is playing for Championships. I feel we played all year not meeting expectations of Sooners Football . Explore past teams and get back to doing what made this program great . Un acceptable to the fans, program, and all the ones before that set the foundation . Coaches have got to do a better job on getting the team better prepared. For everyone wanting BV gone, they don't realize that if a new coach comes in,it will be a whole new beginning again, and it would probably be a couple more years with a new head coach to get in his recruits and get the old player's playing in his system, so it wouldn't be instant success. More than likely we would have a couple more losing seasons till they get it right anyway. And another thing is if BV gets fired then we would have no defense again 😮.
